Interested in working together to create a healthier diet? I believe the key to a healthy diet is coming up with a plan. It's when we improvise that we start to take shortcuts.
Meal planning to help you schedule out your weekly meals. It's a lot easier to stick to a plan when you actually have one.
This is optional, but I can teach you the process and science of counting macros. It's an effective way of controlling your portions and knowing exactly what you are putting into your body.
I will check in with you weekly to see how you are doing. Nutrition is a journey that can be difficult (even I struggle with it at times), and we all need an encourager to push us through our challenges.
I'll never ask you to starve yourself in order to reach your goals. I believe that life is a balance and oftentimes it's quality of food over quantity.
Grocery Store Visit
As an optional service, I will accompany you on a trip to the grocery store to help you shop for your meals, while also teaching you how to properly read labels. There's a lot more that goes into your body than calories, and you need to know about it.
